Rigi Bahnen AG

On the basis of the “Master planning mise-en-scène” competition, Rigi Bahnen and Rigi Plus AG aimed to sustainably develop the outskirts of Rigi and consolidate them into a functioning unit. The objective is to further develop Rigi’s unique position in the highly competitive tourism sector and to secure it in the long term.

Scope
Moderating, coordinating and managing the overall process. Developing a master plan for further developing Rigi Bahnen AG. Consolidating the existing strategies and business ideas; evaluating the risks and opportunities of the suggested applications as a basis for decision-making within the development process.
